| Terms: Net 30 days on approved credit, credit card or pre-pay. No CODs. FOB: Lakewood, CA |
| Minimums: 3 dozen total per design. 1 dozen per garment style per color. |
| Ship Via: UPS ground unless otherwise specified. |
| Shipping Time: Allow 1 to 3 weeks from date of credit approval and 1 to 7 days UPS. |
| Return Policy: Garments are custom embroidered or screened to order. Only company errors and defective merchandise may be returned. Please call for return authorization number. |
